I recently stayed at this hotel with my family, and unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. From the moment we arrived, we were faced with numerous issues. The room was infested with insects, including unusually large flies — about the size of beans — which made the space feel unclean and uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the bathroom (which included the toilet) had no door at all. This lack of privacy was extremely inconvenient for a family stay, as we had to announce every time someone needed to use it. Sleep was another challenge. We were woken up several times early in the morning due to loud noises from nearby passing trains and ongoing construction work. Additionally, the hotel had no on-site dining options — no restaurant or even a basic dining room — which meant we had to search for places to eat for every single meal. Overall, this stay did not meet our expectations in terms of comfort, cleanliness, or basic amenities. I would not recommend this hotel to families or anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay.
